A number of the feeds that I subscribe to come from MSN Spaces. The problem is that for some reason they regularly duplicate the feeds.

I am using RSS Bandit and I get each posting but for some reason a short time later I get the feed all over again.

I recall reading that it was something to do with them archiving off images but come on there must be a better way.
