More on SQL Server 2005 Errors

I was trying to attach a database this afternoon. What I got was:

An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

Unable to open the physical file “E:XXX\XXXStaging.mdf”. Operating system error 2: “2(error not found)”. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 5120)
