Jamie Thomson has a summary of his wish list for the next version of Integration Services.

Now I have not had nearly enough exposure to many of the aspects he refers to but I have added my vote to

Drag component into a data path. This would save a lot of time.

Execute from here in control-flow. This would be really good.

Use expressions in annotations

Here he lists one that I would really LOVE Auto Documentation Tools. In fact I would love any ability that allowed me to use the flow layouts in my documentation without having to resort to screen shots.
