Way back in the mists of time I recall registering to get a PDF Download of their stuff on Crystal 9 and it was very helpful and got me out of a few spots.

The email says that a new book is on the way on Crystal XI and there are chapters available to download.

I am now a SSRS convert but should I ever need to interact with Crystal XI its good to know where to get the inside track.
