I do like it when Vlad gets on his high horse as it is so often spot on the mark (I should say that he is also an excellent SBS expert, blogger, entrepreneur and general resource).

I love this post where he rants about answer messages. This week I have had two situations that exactly match his scenarios. It is so embarrassing  when you have no idea who "its me" really is!
