Microsoft and Microsoft CRM

from the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC09) keynote by Kevin Turner the Microsoft COO I picked up the following.

Microsoft had this CRM system called Seibel , before Microsoft CRM. That company got bought by another company (ed: Oracle!) and things became very difficult!

We then began displacing Seibel with Microsoft CRM and everywhere we put that product (MSCRM) Sales grew by 40%.

NOW THATS a case study and a half!
