Microsoft had this CRM system called Seibel , before Microsoft CRM. That company got bought by another company (ed: Oracle!) and things became very difficult!
We then began displacing Seibel with Microsoft CRM and everywhere we put that product (MSCRM) Sales grew by 40%.
