I am sure many of you will have seen the great xRM video Microsoft produced for the partner conference.
My only question is, Who is the intended audience?
Partners? Well if you have not got this by now then you have problems way deeper than a video can solve.
Customers? What do they care. They care if the solution fits their needs and if MSCRM can then great but they don’t care that it can also do Bee Keeping.
General floating prospects? Maybe. It might help people consider MSCRM but the problem is that as far as I am aware that would only work if this was part of a large mass marketing push and I am not aware of any such push.
My Conclusion – A nice general video but with a very limited use. Maybe I am just too cynical.
